I went through a very streamlined, low-pressure process that felt more like a fit-and-background conversation than a competitive technical test, often finishing in about a couple weeks.

Career fair / initial chat — I started at a career fair or got contacted shortly after; early conversations were casual and focused on my background and interest in the work.
Second-step interview (phone or video) — A short follow-up video or phone discussion where I demonstrated relevant construction/industry experience and how I’d contribute.
Fit-focused final call or light round — In several paths it culminated in an easy final interview or phone offer; I sometimes received an offer but declined, or I later received a refusal after waiting.
Occasional early closure
