I went through a short, positive Kiewit interview loop that felt unusually fast for a multi-round process.

Recruiter 30-minute phone — Basic recruiter conversation to align my background with what they were hiring for.
Engineering hiring manager 30-minute phones — Two additional phone interviews with engineering hiring managers, staying focused on my experience and fit. Outcome: I received an offer the next day, and the takeaway was that if you match the role and communicate clearly, the process can move very quickly.
