I had a mostly non-technical, recruiter-to-interviewer journey with a few rounds over a couple weeks, and it felt generally relaxed.

Recruiter screen — Phone chat focused on my resume/fit, why I wanted the company, and basic behavioral questions.
Technical-light / role fit interviews — One or two additional interviews (often phone/virtual, sometimes in person) where I walked through my experience and goals; questions were usually standard and culture/fit driven rather than problem-solving.
Onsite or manager-style conversation — In some cases I met managers or had a panel-style discussion, sometimes with a presentation about the company, and toured the facility or office.
