My process for the Software Engineer role was unusually frustrating, with multiple rounds followed by long delays and unclear communication over about a month.

Multi-round interviews — I had four rounds of interviews and each step felt like it was progressing.
Ghosting / delayed decision — After the interviews, I was left waiting for weeks with no clear updates; eventually I was told decisions were ongoing.
Final call declining / no roles — I later received a call indicating there were no jobs, despite earlier signals.
Broken recruiter follow-up (second account) — In another similar situation, a recruiter promised to follow up in a few days but never responded, even after I reached out again. Outcome: I didn’t move
