San Diego, CAPosted Jan 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Different recruiters approached me, and we ended up scheduling an interview with one of their client teams at a major bank in California.

The process was two rounds, and both were purely technical.

Each round lasted about an hour, and the difficulty depended heavily on the client and the topics they chose. I felt like I did well across the two technical sessions, and that ultimately led to a job offer.

Even though it was challenging, it was at least predictable: the rounds were technical from start to finish, so there was no uncertainty about what kind of evaluation I’d face.
