Milwaukee, WIPosted Mar 2016 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I went through the recruiter’s initial outreach, the process moved pretty quickly into a technical phone screen.

It was about half an hour with one interviewer and it was heavily focused on .NET—there were a lot of questions, roughly ten to twenty, and the questions were pitched at a level that felt manageable if you were a pretty typical user of that stack. It also felt structured in a pipeline: first the recruiter spoke with me, then I was scheduled for a Skype call, and then that was forwarded along to the client.

A bit later, I experienced another similar multi-stage flow where the first technical screening was followed by conversations that were more directly with someone from the client side.
