Kforce Software Engineer interview experience

Got offer

United StatesPosted May 2014 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I got my start through a call that came from LinkedIn, and then I was basically marketed toward different positions.

After that, there was a phone interview with a client, and then the process continued into another client interview. The first client discussion was handled by two software developers, and the second one was taken by a manager.

I had to wait about a week to hear back, and that timing became part of the experience—nothing dragged on for months, but the gap meant I was sitting in anticipation after the final call. Overall it felt like a straightforward progression from developers to management, with clear handoffs between stages once it started.
