Kforce Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

La Jolla, CAPosted Jul 2013 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

Early on, a recruiter called and had me share all my information—resume details and other background—and then asked which companies I’d be interviewing with.

I understood that it was probably so they could follow up with those companies, but the communication itself felt fragile.

If I didn’t provide the specific company information, the recruiter said they would call me back. I never really got those callbacks. The experience made the process feel dependent on sharing details up front, and when that didn’t happen, the follow-through didn’t show up.
