After the initial recruiter call, I moved into a multi-round process that followed a pretty typical sales/staffing hiring flow.

First came a conversation to align on the role and what they expected from me. Then I had a video interview with sales leadership, where the tone was welcoming and the focus was on what it takes to succeed in staffing. It felt like they were trying to gauge both fit and motivation rather than running anything overly technical.

After that, I went through additional rounds that escalated through management. Depending on the day and interview stage, I talked with a hiring manager and then regional leadership, and I also had at least one in-person conversation with leadership and senior sales
