I started with a short HR phone call, then moved into a video interview with a manager.

The second round mainly had me walk through my academic projects and explain what I built and why. The conversation didn’t go too deep into hard technical questions, and it felt more like a discussion of my background than a grilling session.

Overall the process felt fairly straightforward, but I ended up getting rejected. The reason that stood out to me was the mismatch on internship duration, not my performance during the interviews.
