My interview experience felt lighter than most of what I’d heard, and it moved along in a straightforward sequence.

It started with a behavioral screening interview, and once I passed that, the process continued with multiple rounds of case interviews conducted by different consultants, with partners also appearing later.

The case interviews were the center of gravity, and the tone across the interviews came across as approachable—interviewers were helpful and the overall process felt kind. I remember how calm the dynamic was compared to the intensity I expected going in, and even though it was still a real evaluation, it didn’t feel chaotic.

Timing-wise, the whole thing ended up taking just over a month
