Once the recruiter stage was done, my journey became very case-heavy with a clear progression.

I first had two back-to-back interviews with managers, and each one split evenly between a fit conversation and a case. After that, I moved into a longer second round that was in the office and centered on a multi-stage written/presentation case.

In that round, I received a booklet with a written case and had about an hour to prep an Excel-based analysis and start shaping a presentation. Then a manager joined for a collaboration segment where I walked through my analysis, clarified points, and answered questions. After that check-in, I had more time to finish the analysis and presentation
