My interviews started in a way that felt fairly light on ceremony but still structured around fit and case work.

I went through early rounds where I had two parts—fit-style questions paired with a case—usually in back-to-back blocks. The interviewers were friendly and the process felt relaxed, even when the case wasn’t perfectly straightforward.

At one point, I did a pre-talk over video and introduced myself briefly, then answered behavioral questions tied to my CV. After that, I went into a mini case that focused on market sizing, with a few follow-up questions that tested whether I could keep my logic consistent under light pressure. The overall vibe was conversational; I wasn’t being talked down
