I started with a first pass that felt like a filter rather than an assessment of everything at once.

After the initial HireVue-style step, I moved forward to a sequence of in-depth interviews at different levels, typically positioned as business analyst, senior business analyst, and then partner.

Before the live rounds, I had a couple of structured tests that set the tone. There was an online logic step, and I also completed an Excel modeling test. From there, the interview rounds were mostly case-focused, and I remember realizing there wasn’t a standalone behavioral round in the way I expected—behavioral questions tended to show up at the beginning of case rounds instead.
