I began with a friendly HR conversation, and after that I went onsite for the interviews.

What stood out was that it didn’t feel intimidating—there was a discussion with multiple engineers that came across like a chat more than a high-pressure interrogation.

We still covered some standard technical questions, and there were a few puzzle-style prompts that I personally didn’t like as much. Even with those oddities, the rest of the experience felt smooth and approachable.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, but overall I left with the sense that the environment was generally supportive and that the interviews were more conversational than aggressive.
