I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Kaseya in 2017 with a difficult, multi-stage process spanning several screens.

HR round — essay writing on a current topic.
Asynchronous-style assessment — I had to respond to client emails.
Manager round — qualification focused on both inbound and outbound conversations.
Director round — screening to evaluate fit.
VP round — rapid-fire questions to test presence of mind, plus a presentation about current products. Outcome: I did not receive an offer; the takeaway is that the process heavily emphasized written communication, qualification skills, and live presentation under pressure.
