I interviewed for an Account Executive role in a fast, structured process that moved quickly once it started.

Recruiter screen — Short call(s) focused on my background, why I wanted the role, and whether I could sell; in several cases communication and scheduling were quick.
Hiring manager / director call — A second remote interview discussing sales career motivations and how I would approach selling.
Additional leader conversation — One more round with a director/senior leader to go deeper on fit and approach.
Behavioral / manager interviews — Where included, the later stage shifted to behavioral questioning and past performance, emphasizing good work habits and a “go-getter”
