I went through a very easy but extremely disorganized scheduling experience for an Account Executive role at Kaseya in 2017.

HR scheduling / coordination mishaps — I was told to be in the office at 12:00 PM IST sharp for a single round that happened at 5:00 PM IST; I was also routed to the wrong hiring manager due to “confusion.”
Interviewers unavailable — the people meant to interview me had left the office at 3:00 PM IST. Outcome: I did not get a fair interview, and the main takeaway was that the process felt chaotic from the start.
