BengaluruPosted Oct 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Kaseya in a more rigorous, test-and-performance focused flow that felt intensive and competitive, with multiple rounds and a clear emphasis on sales drive.

Aptitude/cognitive + personality testing — I completed an assessment before the live interviews.
Manager rounds (on-site or structured stages) — Multiple interview rounds with managers that drilled motivation, switching reasons, and how I’d “make money.”
Role play — A product-selling role play where I had to present and sell one of their offerings.
Higher-level interviews (HQ/VP/C-suite context) — Additional interviews that were designed to validate fit and performance, not just background.
Decision / disqualification — Even after positive momentum and start-date
