Miami, FLPosted May 2019 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I interviewed for an Account Executive role at Kaseya with an overall average difficulty and a fast, same-day schedule in 2019.

Initial recruiter screen — a chat where the recruiter framed me as a fit for the sales role.
Day-of interviews (three rounds in one day) — first interview asked an odd “hunter vs. farmer” question; second asked why I applied and dismissed the importance of my knowledge of Kaseya; the interview felt poorly run and unconstructive. Outcome: I did not move forward, and the day left me with a negative impression of how the process was handled.
