Seattle, WAPosted Jan 2020 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

After I applied online, I got an email to schedule a phone screen and could pick a time slot up to about ten days out.

The interviewer was friendly and explained the whole process clearly.

It didn’t feel overly stressful or confusing, and the structure of the call was clear from the beginning. Even though it was early in the pipeline, it set expectations well.

Ultimately I didn’t receive an offer. My reflection was that the phone screen itself felt well-run and communicative, but it didn’t translate into a positive decision afterward.
