Kanini Frontend Engineer interview experience

The first round included aptitude plus coding, and the coding questions were relatively easy, but what made them tricky was understanding the input format. They didn’t spell out whether the input would be an integer or a string, and I had to infer it and adjust the solution accordingly. The coding platform they used felt like the worst part of the whole experience.

After that, the flow moved into communication and then a technical discussion. In the communication stage, it came down to listening, writing, and speaking, and the speaking part was where a lot of people seemed to get rejected.
