Justworks Software Engineer interview experience

No offer

Medium

Negative

United StatesPosted Aug 2023 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through multiple interviews and kept expecting closure, but instead I ran into the same pattern repeatedly: being ghosted.

It felt like they used silence as the rejection mechanism after multiple conversations, even when I’d invested a lot of time.

I never received a clear rejection email after speaking with people. The lack of any communication beyond the interviews themselves was what made the experience disrespectful of my time.

I ended up with no offer, and the lasting impression was that the process didn’t treat follow-through as part of the interview itself.
