My experience started with an “all day” style format that felt unnecessarily drawn out, and the overall tone didn’t feel like structured management.

I was put through a hackathon that dragged on through a full day, and the technical credibility of the interviewer came into question—my impression was that they had memorized answers and didn’t genuinely have the depth to handle the technical discussion.

In the broader process, the format could extend to very long hackathon-like rounds, and the overall structure sometimes felt like a series of heavy events rather than a clean progression. That made it hard to stay confident when the technical conversation didn’t feel well grounded.

I didn’t get an offer, and honestly it left me frustrated.
