I joined the Juspay Developer Hiring Challenge in Bangalore and felt pretty good about how I performed.

They mentioned that results would be announced, and I waited for follow-up updates, but nothing ever came.

Even after contacting them multiple times by email, I didn’t get any response, and the whole thing felt like it went silent. It was a ghosting situation that left me uncertain without closure.

I didn’t get an offer, and the main reflection I had afterward was that the process was broken on the communication side. Getting an acceptance or rejection would’ve at least given the experience some dignity, instead of letting me hang indefinitely.
