Juspay Software Engineer interview experience

Negative

IndiaPosted Jan 2026 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My process started with the expectation that the HR team would follow up, but it stalled after the technical work.

I attended almost 6 to 7 rounds of coding and cleared all of them. Everything on the interview side seemed to go fine, and I even waited because the plan was that HR would reach out.

Instead, no call ever came, and the process effectively didn’t proceed to the next stage. I never got an offer, and the biggest takeaway for me was how demotivating it was to have the technical hurdles cleared but still be left hanging without any clear communication about what was happening.
