My interview run felt like it was going well technically, and I was even told they would make an offer.

The schedule and communication around the technical side didn’t feel too chaotic, and I left those conversations feeling confident about my performance.

Then the HR portion became the weak point. Communication dropped at times, and it left me frustrated because I couldn’t get consistent updates. Even with what felt like positive signals earlier, the HR experience soured the process for me. I ended up without an offer, and honestly the biggest takeaway was how much the later-stage communication affected my overall impression.
