Sunnyvale, CAPosted Jan 2024 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

I went through a short set of rounds that focused heavily on technical evaluation: there were two interviews, with one centered on coding and the other mixing technical and behavioral-style discussion.

The questions were technical but not overly complex, and the overall experience didn’t feel hostile or unfair.

Still, it ended abruptly. After I reached the final stage, I didn’t get a clear follow-up, and it felt like communication fell apart after I completed what I expected would be the next step. I didn’t end up with an offer, and what stuck with me wasn’t the difficulty so much as how the process just… stopped.
