After I applied, HR emailed me to schedule an interview with the managing directors for the group I was targeting.

The interview itself was fairly straightforward in format—about 45 minutes—and it stayed focused on my experience and fit for the role.

I left feeling like they genuinely had context for what I was bringing, and the conversation wasn’t just generic small talk. It wasn’t an overly long process on the day of the meeting, but the seniority level made it feel high-stakes.

I didn’t receive an offer from that stage. Still, the process felt organized and respectful, and I appreciated how direct the session was.
