I got funneled into an assessment-center style round where the coding work was the main event.

It included a LeetCode medium and a LeetCode hard challenge, plus at least one behavioral question about the biggest challenge I’d overcome.

The coding difficulty was the part that really determined the pace for me—the bar felt high, and I didn’t make it to the next round. The behavioral prompt was easier to handle, but it couldn’t offset the fact that the technical portion didn’t go the way I needed it to.
