I got pulled in after applying through Hackajob, which handled the submission to the firm.

First they reviewed my CV, then I was asked to complete a video interview (HireVue-style). I wasn’t successful, but the overall flow felt fairly straightforward and reasonable for the time I spent on it.

After the initial recruiter/CV step, I had the video round where I answered questions without much else to go on. There wasn’t any real back-and-forth or clarity about how deep they’d go, and it ultimately ended there for me. Looking back, I wish I’d had more structure about what they wanted to see, because the process ended as quickly as it started.
