After applying online, I was contacted by HR and then met the team about a week later.

The whole thing felt compact and clean: it ran for about 30 minutes total, with two interviews happening the same day. The questions were fairly straightforward, mostly basic technical prompts and personal fit questions.

Looking back, there wasn’t much “classic finance technical” beyond getting a sense of how I thought and communicated. The interviewers leaned on behavioral-style probing and my thought process rather than deep problem-solving. I left feeling like I answered clearly, but I didn’t get pulled into any further rounds afterward.
