I started with the usual application on the JPMorgan site, submitting my resume and then waiting to see if I’d get pulled into the process.

If I passed any online step, the next thing was a recorded video interview where I answered a few prompts about myself, teamwork, and some baseline skills.

After that, the final stage was an interview with managers. They went through my resume and projects and pushed on how I approached problem-solving, basically walking through my thinking process rather than just asking buzzwords. The overall flow felt straightforward: selection depended on how I did across the rounds, and if it went well, I’d get an internship offer.
