My process started with a very short HackerRank-style coding screen—only about ten minutes—after which I was invited to a CFG stage.

I didn’t end up getting an offer, and the reason given was tied to location constraints within the NYC metro.

It was a bit unusual because the first screen felt brief compared to the follow-up stage, and the final decision didn’t feel directly connected to performance. What stayed with me was that it seemed more logistics-driven than purely assessment-driven once I’d cleared the initial coding step.
