I went through multiple rounds with a changing mix of LeetCode-style coding and behavioral assessment questions.

The coding questions varied across stages and weren’t just a single repeated format; the behavioral pieces were also woven throughout rather than being isolated to the end.

The overall experience wasn’t terrible, and it felt like they were trying to evaluate both how I solved problems and how I interacted as the rounds progressed. I didn’t get an offer, but the process at least felt coherent in the way it kept combining technical and interpersonal evaluation.
