After a short HackerRank assessment, I was invited to CFG.

It didn’t turn into a standard straight interview path for me, and instead they framed CFG as a higher chance to earn an offer than doing a direct interview.

I didn’t receive an offer because I was constrained by location within the NYC metro area. Still, the overall vibe was that the process was set up to route people into different pipelines rather than simply doing the same rounds for everyone.
