J.P. Morgan Investment Banking Analyst interview experience

The questions felt pretty standard for finance—mostly behavioral prompts and a few role-fit items like what I’d learned from experiences, how I handled challenges, and why I wanted that specific company. I remember it being fairly straightforward, with a handful of questions and no real technical grilling.

I didn’t move past the Hirevue, so the process stopped there for me. The whole round felt a bit easier than what I’d seen elsewhere, and that left me wondering whether it was just a mismatch or simply that I didn’t land the way they wanted on the behavioral parts.
