The process I went through felt heavily centered on logical problem-solving, not just completing coding tasks.

During the interview stages, I got pushed to talk through how I approached real situations for debugging and coding work, including scenario-style questions where the core challenge was ambiguity and reasoning—like figuring out how to isolate a critical issue in a large codebase when documentation was limited.

Alongside that, I was asked about project experiences and how I handled practical, real-life situations related to software work. The overall difficulty was described to me (and felt in practice) as high, because I had to reason clearly step-by-step, not only arrive at an answer.
