I went through a compact three-round sequence where every stage was elimination-focused.

The first round was aptitude-based and focused on C and C++ concepts, running for about 50 minutes. The second round leaned into subjective testing and lasted roughly 75 minutes.

The third round was the coding test, also about 75 minutes. The topics across the process were practical and technical in feel rather than just trivia, and the timing pressure was noticeable. I didn’t end up getting selected, and the experience mostly left me thinking that the window to perform well was pretty narrow at each step.
