What stood out most to me was how many rounds the process took, and how drawn out it felt relative to what I was expecting.

The flow in general followed a pattern of multiple rounds that started with an aptitude-style test and moved through coding and then technical interviews, with a strong emphasis on the core software engineering basics—data structures, algorithms, and OOP.

As the rounds stacked up, it became exhausting. I kept hearing that time and pacing mattered, and it also felt inconsistent in how the interviews were delivered—some were online while others were supposedly offline for different people. That uncertainty added to the stress, and by the time I reached the end I was just looking to be done.
