I went through the early selection step, and I expected an interview, but the timeline never really played out.

I was selected for the next stage after a written round, yet the interview itself didn’t happen—nobody actually took my interview, and I wasn’t even told why.

The end result was simply that the process stalled and I didn’t move forward from there. What surprised me most was not the difficulty of the questions, but the abrupt lack of communication after I’d supposedly cleared the step that should have led to actual interview feedback and next-round evaluation.
