Josh Technology Group Software Engineer interview experience

Only a small number of students would move on to the company’s interview process, and the selection rules were strict—if I didn’t clear, I’d still have to go through more OA rounds before being fully rejected. The overall impression I walked away with was that the structure wasn’t worth the effort.

Even beyond the technical aspect, I also heard that the environment was toxic, which added to the stress. I didn’t make it through to a successful conversion, and honestly the combination of repeated elimination gates and the atmosphere made it feel like more work than it should have been.
