Josh Technology Group Software Engineer interview experience

It began with resume screening, then moved into a personality assessment, and then I had a coding test. After that, there were two separate stages evaluating technical skills, and finally there was an HR interview.

The process felt like it was built around gating at each step, where clearing one checkpoint made me eligible for the next. I didn’t end up getting selected, but the structure made it easy to understand the order of what was being evaluated.
