My interview flow was pretty straightforward: it was mainly a small number of rounds, and the last step was HR.

Because it was during the COVID period, everything was virtual, and that changed the feel of the whole process.

I didn’t get the sense they were trying to stress people out. The interviewers felt supportive and helpful, and the virtual format made it hard to compare it to a face-to-face setup—but it still felt like a real evaluation rather than a formality.

In the end, I didn’t receive an offer. Still, I remember leaving with a calmer mindset than I expected, because the tone of the process was more encouraging than intimidating.
