Jones Lang LaSalle Financial Analyst interview experience

I went through it over about a week end to end, and I ended up getting hired. There was an initial recruiter-style step where my background was checked, and they also followed up with a background check tied to prior employment.

The interview experience itself didn’t drag—everyone moved fast, and the tone felt straightforward. What stood out was how quickly things progressed to the finish, and how organized the process felt overall. I left with a solid impression that they were efficient about decision-making, and I was genuinely satisfied with how the process was handled from start to end.
