I received an email to schedule a screening interview, and that first conversation ended up being over the phone.

After that, I set up a technical interview with the regional manager through Teams.

The process was fairly straightforward and focused on moving from a basic introductory contact into a more technical conversation with the right stakeholder. It didn’t lead to an offer for me, but it felt organized and easy to coordinate around, with clear steps from email scheduling to the virtual technical discussion.
