One of the most unusual parts of my process was that the interview never even happened.

I picked a time slot, and then days later, when the interview was supposed to start, the interviewer didn’t show up. I contacted them and was asked to suggest new time slots so the interview could be rescheduled.

I provided a new set of options, but the next day I received a rejection letter anyway. It was handled abruptly and without the interview taking place.

Since there was no actual round of evaluation, my reflection was mainly disappointment—there wasn’t a chance for my answers or technical skills to matter. No offer came out of it, and the experience just felt mismanaged.
