Johnson Controls Software Engineer interview experience

After that, I had a face-to-face interview at the office in Aberdeen. The questions stayed fairly standard for a junior engineer with some experience, and the overall pacing felt measured.

I found the interview interesting rather than overwhelming, and it felt like they were trying to understand how I would fit into the team and what kind of work I’d be doing. It didn’t feel like a grilling session.

I didn’t end up with an offer, but I came away with a sense that the interviewers were organized and straightforward, and the whole experience felt relatively smooth.
