Milwaukee, WIPosted Jul 2025 · Candidate report, summarized by Dataford

My experience started with an HR call that felt completely off from the beginning.

The HR contact was calling at an unusual time, seemed to have little idea about my profile, and when I asked questions, they were essentially reading out the job description from the posting instead of engaging with my background.

I went ahead because I gave them the benefit of the doubt and proceeded to a meeting with the hiring manager at their Milwaukee location. But the hiring manager’s questions still didn’t reflect what I had applied for, and I got the sense they weren’t prepared to discuss the role’s responsibilities. The interaction felt both unprofessional and disrespectful.
