I went through a group activity and a presentation round, then had a personal interview that leaned situational.

For the group piece, I worked through a presentation on a previous automation project and then discussed that work with the group.

The personal interview part focused on scenario-style questions, where I had to describe moments that matched the kinds of skills they were looking for, and there were also questions tied to my CV. It felt structured and interactive rather than purely back-and-forth.

I didn’t get an offer. Still, I left feeling like the format played to real experiences I’d already done, and that made the evaluation feel more authentic than a generic interview.
